Hey everybody, Ryan here at E Trailer. Today on our 2023 Jeep Wrangler, 4xe we're gonna be showing you how to install the Roadmaster Battery Charge line kit for tow vehicles. Before we get into that though why don't we just take a minute, check this out and talk about why it's a good idea to run one of these. What a battery charge line kit is gonna do is really simple more or less it's going to maintain your Jeep's battery whenever you're flat, towing it down the road. And that's really important even though this is kind of a small part I feel like a lot of people forget about it but it's really gonna be responsible for for a few different things. Like I said, having a topped off battery is critical, especially in these these late model cars where they have, you know electric assisted brakes and a lot of, you know computer controlled systems that need proper voltage to work. more

And your brake controller is gonna require you know that it has certain inputs and is able to send certain outputs out back to your trailer. So the first thing you wanna check, 'cause it's possible that maybe this is a new motor home to you and you we're told that it has the hookup side on it for an Air Force One, you wanna look for this connector down here at the bottom. If they have previously installed an Air Force One on here, you'll see the female fitting here at the back. So that's one way you can tell. Hi there Jeep owners today on your 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xE we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmaster's Tow Defender. And this is what our tow defender looks like when it's installed. And you can see that it's going to provide a mesh layer between our motor home and our vehicle. So all those rocks and debris that's getting thrown up by our motor home tires will get deflected by the shield, protecting your vehicle from scratches and abrasions. It is a meshed design so that way airflow can flow through it, so you don't just got a parachute here in the back. And it is adjustable for various different vehicles and towbars. more
